MVP does not independently verify ownership of customer-submitted intellectual property.

The customer assumes responsibility for claims arising from materials submitted by the customer that infringe or allegedly infringe copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

MVP reserves the right to refuse any project or material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL

When MVP provides a digital or physical proof for customer approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all elements of the proof before approving production.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Spelling.
Grammar.
Names and contact information.
Phone numbers.
Addresses.
Dates.
Dimensions.
Colors.
Images.
Logos.
Layout.
Placement.
Quantities.

Once a customer approves a proof, MVP may proceed with production based on that approval.
